About Yao Lu
YAO LU, graduated from Shanghai Theatre Academy, is an American Chinese bamboo flute (Dizi) and guzheng performer.
Miss Lu learned to play bamboo flute under the tutelage of Mr. Zhan Yongming, the famous flute performer, educator, and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. At the same time, she started out her guzheng journey under the guidance of Ni Lei, a guzheng performer, then pursued further study of guzheng under the instruction of Ms. Wu Yang, a famous performer.
She became a judge for guzheng and bamboo flute at the 2024 Charleston International Music Competition.
She has been involved in a variety of TV music programs, large-scale performances and recording work over the years. She was also invited to be a special guest star featuring in the movie "Tiny Times 3". In addition, she has participated in the variety show "I Love the Voice" produced by Zhejiang Satellite TV. In recent years, she has been invited by the University of North Georgia, Emory and Other universities for exchange performances and New Year concerts. She has also performed in Gwinnett 200th Celebration, NAAAP Atlanta events , Dogwood Festival, Johns Creek International Festival, Zoo Atlanta Wild World Event , Knoxville Asian Festival in TN. Atlanta international nightmarket and major international cultural and arts festivals. Be interviewed by "WABE", joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to talk about what to expect from this unique performance and other upcoming highlights from Aurora. And be interviewed by Knoxville Voyager Magazine,11Aive-“VOICE FOR EQUALITY”, and “You Award” on WATL-TV.

About Anna Sun
Anna is a vibrant performer of the Pipa (a pear-shaped, four-stringed Chinese finger-plucked instrument) and the Zhongruan (a straight-necked, four-stringed Chinese pick-plucked instrument). She began her musical journey at the age of six, participating in rehearsals with Hangzhou Youth Chinese Orchestra. Anna holds a bachelor's degree in music from Wenzhou University and a master's degree from Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. She has received several music awards in China, including recognition at the 3rd University Student Art Exhibition, and has been invited to perform at various seasonal events in the United States. Over the years, Anna has taught more than 50 students, sharing her passion with her students.
